I am a Microsoft 365 Administrator and Modern Workplace Specialist with 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft environments at HCLTech and CohnReznick LLP. My core expertise includes Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM.
At HCLTech, I worked as an L2 Microsoft 365 Administrator supporting two enterprise environments with more than 20,000 mailboxes/users. I handled 200+ Microsoft 365 tickets per month while maintaining approximately 95% SLA compliance within a 4–8 hour resolution window, with only 2–3 cases typically escalated to L3.
Exchange Online is my strongest technical area. I have hands-on experience with mailbox lifecycle management, shared and resource mailboxes, distribution lists, room calendars, delegation, mail flow, transport rules, connectors, Message Trace, retention policies, litigation holds, and complex troubleshooting. I also work with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, anti-spam, and malware protection policies.
I have strong Microsoft Entra ID experience covering user and group lifecycle management, licensing, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access troubleshooting, password resets, security groups, and Entra Connect synchronization. I also support Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online administration, including provisioning, permissions, guest access, authentication, document libraries, and integration.
In my current role at CohnReznick LLP, I support 5,000+ managed endpoints using Microsoft Intune and SCCM across Windows, iOS, and Android. My experience includes enrollment, compliance, application deployment, SCCM packaging, patch deployment, OS imaging, client health, and inventory reporting. I have packaged applications such as Visual Studio Professional, Terraform, SSMS, and Azure CLI.
I focus on root-cause troubleshooting, documentation, process improvement, and automation—creating SOPs and basic PowerShell scripts for reporting, bulk updates, and licensing. I am currently pursuing the Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) and seeking roles where I can apply my enterprise Microsoft cloud expertise.
