At UNDP Kosovo, I support implementation of 10 projects and the operation of the programme office. I manage project finances, including multi-million-dollar budgets, cash-flow forecasting, payments, and donor reporting.

I also lead procurement and contracting processes, monitor contracts and deliverables, and develop annual workplans and project budgets. I’ve designed concept notes and organized more than 60 events, while coordinating meetings and international missions.

As Project Lead for UNDP’s Digital City Network, I defined project scope and deliverables, prepared procurement documents, and developed partnerships with businesses, civil society organizations, and municipalities. My experience also includes project management at the Institute for Media and Communication in Kosovo and procurement and contract lifecycle support at LuxDev.
