I’m looking for a collaborative team where I can coach Scrum/Agile practices, strengthen delivery predictability with strong metrics, and use servant leadership to remove impediments while supporting scalable planning and continuous improvement.

I’m an experienced Scrum Master with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. I facilitate core Agile ceremonies—Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives—while partnering closely with Product Owners to shape user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.

I bring strong discipline in backlog hygiene, risk & impediment management, and Agile metrics reporting (velocity, burndown/burnup, CFD) using tools like Jira and Confluence. I’ve worked in scaled Agile environments including SAFe and implemented Kanban practices to optimize flow with WIP limits, helping teams strengthen Definition of Done, estimation techniques, and continuous improvement.
