What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to provide dependable remote customer support across email, phone and digital channels, while learning and following an employer’s CRM and case-management processes.

Through my online sales and customer engagement activity on Jumia Nigeria, I responded to questions about products, availability and purchases. I followed up on enquiries and helped customers make informed purchasing decisions.
