Seeking remote finance and grants management roles with mission-driven organizations where I can contribute expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, donor compliance, and process improvement. Open to full-time opportunities and collaboration with global, multicultural teams.

I’m a Finance and Operations professional with over eight years of experience leading financial management, operational planning, compliance, and organizational systems within international humanitarian organizations. I translate complex financial information into actionable insights that help leadership make better decisions.

I’ve led finance operations for complex donor-funded portfolios, building financial models and forecasting tools for strategic planning. I produce analytical reports to support programme performance monitoring, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash-flow planning.

I strengthen internal controls and finance SOPs, coordinate external and donor audits, and manage partner financial monitoring and compliance. I’m also focused on process improvement—redesigning financial workflows to increase reporting efficiency and reduce operational risk.
