My frontline experience across phone, email, and digital channels during high-volume periods sharpened my problem-solving and escalation skills, and I contributed to measurable service performance improvements. I am comfortable working cross-functionally and using a design-thinking approach to enhance customer experiences at scale.

As a co-founder in a student-driven startup, I led business development, sales outreach, customer discovery, and market analysis, gaining practical exposure to startup sales cycles, negotiations, and account management. I also supported client onboarding and relationship management in a financial services context, reinforcing my operational and compliance awareness.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Entrepreneurship from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Political Science and International Relations from the University of Pretoria. I pursue continuous learning, including certifications in AI for product management, product lifecycle, stakeholder collaboration, and mobile app product management.
