Currently working as a Systems Engineer (Service Desk), I specialize in resolving technical issues for end users, including password resets, troubleshooting O365, Azure, and Outlook-related problems. With hands-on experience in IT service management, I ensure smooth IT operations by efficiently handling user requests and incidents.

Previously, I worked at HCL as an Analyst (2022-2024), where I gained valuable experience in IT support, customer service, and problem resolution. My ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and my enthusiasm for learning make me an asset in any IT support environment.
