I'm looking to build scalable, AI-powered learning solutions that improve onboarding, upskilling, and performance for globally distributed teams.

At Blueground, I design and deliver onboarding, upskilling, and refresher programs for globally distributed Customer Experience teams. I create AI-enhanced curricula, training resources, and knowledge assets that improve engagement and accelerate knowledge acquisition.

Previously at Teleperformance, I facilitated onboarding, technical, product, and soft-skills training for international customer support teams, while managing LMS administration, participant tracking, and learning logistics. My background in senior customer and technical support helps me identify knowledge gaps and build practical, performance-focused learning solutions.

I bring nearly a decade of experience across learning operations, instructional design, customer experience, technical support, UI/UX, and digital content creation. I enjoy using learning platforms and generative AI to make scalable, data-informed learning experiences.
