I’m a Learning & Development professional with 20 years of experience designing, coordinating, and continuously improving learner-centred educational experiences across classroom, workshop, and digital learning environments. I focus on instructional design, educational content development, and learning project coordination, with a strong interest in AI-enhanced digital learning and learner engagement.

Currently, I’m expanding my expertise in Learning Experience Design, AI-enhanced instructional design, and Moodle-based e-learning development while designing adult learning workshops and interactive learning experiences. As an Entrepreneurship Talks volunteer and Learning Facilitator at JOIST Innovation Park, I run learner-centred workshop curricula, develop Moodle-based learning components, and integrate AI tools into instructional design workflows.

From 2020 to present as a Learning and Development Professional/English Language Educator, I plan and coordinate learner-centred programmes for children, teenagers, and adults across multiple learning environments. I design measurable learning experiences, integrate AI-powered tools and digital technologies, and continuously evaluate outcomes to optimize learner engagement and achievement—grounded in strong stakeholder management and communication.
