I designed and deployed an air-gapped AI platform for CNC manufacturing workflows, keeping shop documents and data on-premises. It combines RAG over technical documents with tabular machine-learning APIs for process planning, production scheduling, and breakdown prediction.
For Matrix Ticket Desk, I shipped a multi-role field operations workflow across a Flutter Android app and a React/TypeScript dashboard. I implemented role-aware access, SLA workflows, and Firebase notifications on a shared backend.
On Nasik Quality Check, I architected an industrial inspection app with offline-first operation, local caching, and background synchronization. I also designed its Firestore data model, authentication, authorization, and Cloud Function triggers.
At Matrix Smart Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I administer Linux servers and production networking infrastructure, maintaining 99%+ system uptime. I also built Python automation for operational workflows, including multi-server report retrieval and camera FPS measurement.
