I’m a Product Manager and analyst who turns real operational and stakeholder problems into clear product requirements, workflows, and user-centered digital solutions. I focus on problem discovery, documentation quality, and delivery coordination to help teams ship with confidence.

In my current role as Product Owner & Business Analyst, I define and evolve product requirements and priorities for Incite360. I balance user impact, commercial value, and technical feasibility while owning and continuously refining the product backlog for sprint readiness.

I lead stakeholder workshops, interviews, and product walkthroughs to ensure requirement clarity and validate product direction. I translate business needs into structured user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, and I work closely with engineering, QA, and design through sprint cycles, including UAT, documentation, and user onboarding.

Previously, as a Business Analyst (Contract), I analyzed user engagement data to spot trends and gaps, then partnered with product and engineering teams to prioritize enhancements by impact and feasibility. Across business systems analyst experience, I gathered requirements, built functional specifications and process maps, supported release readiness, and delivered data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and product outcomes.
