I'm seeking an entry-level customer service role where I can use strong communication and problem-solving skills to improve customer satisfaction.

As a Billing & Accounts Executive, I served as the first point of contact for 50+ customers daily, resolving billing questions and discrepancies on the spot.

I maintained daily sales and cash records, handled vendor payment queries and petty cash using Tally ERP 9, and supported customers with accurate service.
