I am a customer-focused and detail-oriented fresher with practical experience in customer support and billing. I bring fluent English communication and a problem-solving aptitude to every interaction.
I worked in customer support at Havells (Apr–Dec 2024), handling telecalling and resolving queries related to installation and support services. I then served as a billing executive at V mart (Jan–Jul 2025), gaining hands-on experience with billing processes.
My technical background includes basic computer knowledge and competency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. I maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and enjoy working collaboratively to resolve issues quickly.
I am currently pursuing a BCom (2nd year) with a 7.9 CGPA and previously completed 12th (81%) and 10th (75%). I am eager to contribute to a team-oriented company where I can grow in customer service and operations.
