I am a highly motivated professional with a strong passion for helping others, currently based in New Zealand on a Work Holiday Visa. My experience spans various roles, including a Senior Youth Guidance Officer at the Ministry of Social and Family Development in Singapore, where I provided guidance and support to at-risk youths. I developed and implemented strategies to help them build life skills and self-esteem, working collaboratively with professionals and community organizations.
In addition to my role in youth guidance, I have served as an Instructor with Outward Bound Singapore, where I conducted safe and quality outdoor programs. My ability to adapt to changing environments and my critical thinking skills have allowed me to effectively manage challenging situations and develop meaningful experiences for participants.
