I am a community-focused coordinator with hands-on experience supporting community programmes, front-of-house operations, and event logistics. I create welcoming, inclusive spaces and enjoy connecting with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

My practical experience includes running inductions, welcome events, workshops, and networking sessions, plus monitoring engagement and collecting feedback to improve services. I also handled administrative duties and managed enquiries to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

I conducted fieldwork in Christchurch for one and a half years, which deepened my understanding of diverse communities and reinforced my belief in the importance of stable economic and social conditions for multicultural harmony. I have supported Asian community initiatives and student support services, strengthening my intercultural communication skills.

With a background in journalism and media, I bring analytical, reporting, and digital communication strengths, and I am confident creating engaging promotional content and videos to boost outreach and visibility across digital platforms.
