What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead technical delivery and operating-model change where I can turn strategy into clear, adopted ways of working. I value transparent reporting, evidence-based decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to apply data and BI tools to improve delivery outcomes.

At Vector I.Q., I led technical delivery for aviation crew rostering, agentic AI chatbot, and MRO systems initiatives, coordinating CTOs, developers, QA leads, product managers, and operational teams.

I turn technical requirements into adopted release plans, steering committee updates, RAID logs, RACI matrices, and change-control decisions. I support teams through training, role clarity, process walkthroughs, UAT sign-off, and post-launch feedback.

I use Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, and Python integrations to track KPIs, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and adoption. I’m currently studying a Master of Data Science at Macquarie University.
