I’m a Sales Coordinator with a communication background, leveraging strong interpersonal skills from my Sarjana Ilmu Komunikasi at Universitas Sam Ratulangi. I focus on turning customer needs into clear actions that drive results.

From Jan 2021 to Des 2021, I worked in Remote Sales at PT. Pahami Cipta Edukasi, handling Customer Management and Team Management while coordinating Event Coordination. I learned how to stay consistent, organized, and responsive in fast-moving customer environments.

As Store Supervisor from Jan 2022 to Feb 2025 at PT. Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang, I owned Store Operations and Customer Service while leading Visual Merchandising and Sales Growth initiatives. I’m especially confident balancing daily store execution with performance improvements.

In Mar 2025, I also took a Freelance Master Teacher role at PT. Ruang Raya Indonesia, teaching Bahasa Indonesia, Kewarganegaraan, and Penalaran Umum. This strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, coach learners, and adapt my approach to different audiences.
