At COCUS I act as the right hand to the Head of Global Recruitment, contributing to workforce planning, recruitment roadmaps, and strategic decision-making. I lead alignment meetings, draft job descriptions, conduct interviews, prepare offers, and manage candidate experience through the full recruitment cycle.

I apply people analytics, market research, and talent mapping to identify trends, build pipelines for critical roles, and optimize hiring outcomes. I also coordinate and manage the recruitment team during the manager's absence to ensure operational continuity.

My background includes an MSc in E-Business and a BSc in Human Resources Management and Development, plus certifications in communication, conflict management, and IT for recruiters. I bring a blend of HR fundamentals, technical recruitment expertise, and a commitment to measurable hiring impact.
