What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support safe, organized healthcare or customer-service operations through equipment handling, patient support, inventory control, accurate records, and dependable teamwork.

At LGH Penn Medicine, I collect, disinfect, sterilize, assemble, and maintain respiratory equipment while tracking inventory, documenting checks, and supporting respiratory therapists with safe patient-care operations.

Previously at Penn State Health, I registered emergency-room patients, verified insurance, processed admissions and discharges, managed phone lines, protected HIPAA confidentiality, and trained new personnel on outpatient and emergency administrative procedures.

I also supported pharmacy operations by assembling, stocking, labeling, and distributing medications; processing electronic prescriptions; maintaining records; and responding to patients and healthcare providers.

My earlier retail, deli, and warehouse work built a strong foundation in customer service, cash handling, POS transactions, inventory control, order picking, forklift operation, cleanliness, safety, and dependable teamwork.
