I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end EDI 834/API integrations, lead escalations with root-cause resolution, and drive process improvement while partnering cross-functionally to consistently exceed SLA targets.

I’m a results-driven Operations and EDI Integration professional with 5+ years of experience in healthcare benefits administration, EDI/API integrations, and customer-facing operations. I focus on translating customer requirements into reliable integrations, with a strong emphasis on quality, accuracy, and operational excellence.

In my current role as a Benefit Operations Senior Analyst, EDI, I develop EDI solutions for trading partners using industry standards such as X12, EDIFACT, and XML. I manage end-to-end EDI integrations (requirements gathering, file mapping, testing, validation, production deployment, and post-production support) while monitoring transactions for errors and performing root cause analysis on transmission issues.

I lead escalations for complex Enrollment and eligibility discrepancies, partnering with Operations, Business Analysts, Product, Engineering, QA, and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and improve the customer experience. I also mentor, coach, and support new hires and upcoming contractors through knowledge transfer sessions, role-based training programs, and performance management guidance.

Previously, as an EDI Analyst, I built and managed healthcare-focused EDI file structures (including 834 enrollment/eligibility-related work) and collaborated with internal teams and trading partners to design, develop, and deploy integrations for B2B and B2C transactions. Across roles, I drive continuous improvement through SOP/process documentation, quality audits, discrepancy analysis, KPI reporting, and automation initiatives that reduce turnaround time and strengthen service consistency.
