I'm looking to lead US health and welfare implementations, HRIS configuration, testing, and client delivery while mentoring teams and solving complex client requirements.

At Wipro, I lead end-to-end delivery for eight US health and welfare clients, including Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, Molina Healthcare, GNC, Hartford Healthcare, Curtiss-Wright, S&P Global, NBA Benefit Programs, and Univar Solutions.

I configure benefit plans, gather requirements, lead client and vendor kick-off calls, and manage complex data-interface analysis. I create test plans and test cases, perform UAT, release, regression, and manual testing, and support COBRA and Upoint implementations across vendors including Anthem, BCBS, VSP, Aetna, MetLife, Caremark, Kaiser, Optum, and Conexis.

I've also built workflows for new-hire and rehire automation, trained new hires and delivery teams, and received Wipro's Fireball, Dazzle, and Zero ICAT & ECAT awards for client delivery and implementation performance.
