I’m looking for a healthcare operations role where I can handle prior authorization and benefits with speed and accuracy, contribute to quality auditing, and coach teammates—while using my analytical mindset from Excel/data-focused learning to improve outcomes.

I’m a healthcare operations professional with 12 years of overall work experience, including long-term work in prior authorization, pre-certification, and benefits/eligibility support. At Accenture, I handled high-volume provider requests for Medical and Behavioral Health cases, coordinated with SMEs, team members, and registered nurses, and used HIPPA guidelines to deliver timely resolutions while ensuring case details were properly logged.
