What I'm looking for
As a bioinformatician, I have a strong background in genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics. My expertise lies in analyzing and interpreting large-scale biological data using various bioinformatics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and Bash. I have experience in working with high-throughput sequencing data, including RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and genomic data.
My research experience includes identifying differentially expressed genes, performing functional annotation and enrichment analysis, and creating scripts for data processing and analysis. I have also worked on projects involving molecular docking and pharmacodynamic studies.
I am proficient in using various bioinformatics tools and databases, including DESeq2, STAR, Salmon, featureCounts, GSEA, clusterProfiler, KEGG, STRING, NCBI, ENSEMBL, and GTEx. I am also skilled in statistical analysis and data visualization using tools such as PCA, Surrogate Variable Analysis, Correlation, Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, and ggplot2.
