At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I manage automation of ServiceNow approval workflows for change requests and incidents, coordinating requirements and implementation with business and engineering stakeholders.

I also coordinate production software upgrade rollouts across multiple servers, covering scheduling, validation, and stakeholder communication. I gather requirements and translate them into implementation tasks, configuration updates, and workflow automation.

I develop Python scripts for repetitive data transformation and reporting, improving workflow throughput and reducing manual processing. My work also includes supporting incident and change-management activities through ServiceNow.

In personal projects, I built a one-shot facial verification pipeline with Python, TensorFlow, and OpenCV, exposed through a REST API, and a real-time American Sign Language gesture classification pipeline using MediaPipe and LSTM.
