At Tata Consultancy Services, I develop and support Python-based automation solutions and enterprise workflows, using Automation Anywhere bots to improve business process automation.
I manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests through ServiceNow, while performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting to support high system availability. I also develop SQL queries and scripts for reporting, validation, and data processing, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver automation solutions.
I've been recognized for year-end project contributions, an innovative Generative AI proposal at the TCS AI Hackathon, and Best Team Appreciation on a MedTech project. I bring hands-on experience across Python, Java, SQL, RPA, API integration, prompt engineering, and data engineering tools.
