At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I automated manual business workflows and developed REST APIs to reduce repetitive operational effort across cross-functional teams. I also handled debugging, deployment support, database operations, and process documentation.

In my independent AI automation projects, I designed and shipped three end-to-end workflows connecting LLM APIs, REST APIs, and services including Gmail, Sheets, Drive, and Slack. I scoped and documented each project from problem identification through deployment.

I built an AI Resume Screening Workflow that extracts and evaluates resumes against a job description, then validates LLM output and calculates a weighted match score. Rule-based routing sends Slack alerts, updates Sheets, and prepares AI-drafted responses.

I also built support-ticket triage and invoice-auditing workflows. Their JavaScript validation and sanitization layers apply business rules so unpredictable LLM output doesn't break the pipeline.
