I am a dynamic System Administrator with hands-on experience managing Windows and Linux environments and ensuring high system availability. I focus on operational continuity through proactive monitoring, scripting, and incident resolution.
At Realinfotechnologies I supported cloud platforms including JumpCloud, Netskope, CrowdStrike and G Suite, and participated in POCs for cloud and security solutions. I maintained servers, managed inventory, and delivered remote support for WFH users.
I led a JumpCloud migration that moved 600 users from Active Directory, developed migration and risk mitigation plans, conducted user training, and achieved 100% adoption with 95% satisfaction. I also earned a SaaS Monitoring certification and implemented monitoring solutions across banking and enterprise applications.
