At Netskope, I design systems for the Private Access management plane, including a Local Broker business continuity mode intended to keep customers connected during cloud outages. I also led the SRPv2 bring-up for clientless browser access from design to production across multiple Go services.
I designed and built a feature flag propagation pipeline spanning the web UI, management plane, Kafka, Spanner, and the data plane, enabling controlled rollouts without redeploys. I’ve also delivered Private Access features across APIs and the policy and proxy layers.
At Coinbase, I built a RESTful API server for personalized support-page cards and helped evolve a proof of concept into an internal CRM integrated with Salesforce. I also implemented role-based access control and added caching to reduce repeated Salesforce calls.
Earlier, I worked on Agara’s Voice Assist and Email Assist, designed real-time support ticket storage, and built services during a monolith-to-microservices migration at Wissen. My backend work has included Java, Go, and Python systems, along with security engineering and API platforms.
