What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead secure, cloud-native distributed systems—building high-throughput services, strong observability, and reliability-focused platform engineering at scale.

I’m a Staff Software Engineer with 18+ years building large-scale backend systems—cloud-native microservices, identity services, event-driven architectures, and security infrastructure. I focus on reliability, low-latency performance, and secure-by-design engineering.

In my current role at Netskope India, I drive high-throughput security enforcement and platform capabilities across policy engines and remote browser isolation. I implemented policy distribution and optimization work (including compressed transport), reduced policy-evaluation latency, and improved reliability with unit testing.

Previously at Juniper Networks, I designed and developed identity management services and integrated systems at massive scale, including resolving critical production race conditions under high concurrency. I’ve built and operated Rust-based services using Tokio async runtime and Kafka-based event pipelines, with Prometheus/Grafana observability.

Across roles from embedded and GPU infrastructure work to enterprise security platforms, I consistently deliver systems that operate under real constraints: concurrency, multi-tenancy, fault tolerance, and observability. I’m especially energized by distributed messaging, platform engineering, and applying AI (RAG, LLM integrations) to accelerate operations and incident investigation.
