At Yurt Art, I ran a full-cycle business and delivered projects for corporate and government clients, from requirements alignment through handover. I managed schedules, resources, logistics, quality, and deadlines.
One project involved supplying and installing 67 yurts for an event of 1,500 guests. I worked with clients and partners to agree on scope and timelines, identify risks, and plan mitigation; I also cut setup time on some projects from about 10 hours to 5.
Earlier, I coordinated operations at Malik Yurta and acquired clients at Stal Trade. I completed PMI KICKOFF™ training in predictive and agile approaches, and have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and REST APIs through personal projects.
