At Globacom, I managed a portfolio of more than 200 corporate and medium-scale customers, using account trends, business reviews, and tailored solutions to support revenue growth and service delivery. At KENT, I managed relationships from procurement through installation and after-sales support while analyzing sales performance in Excel.

Across telecommunications, project sales, and customer success, I've used proactive communication, reporting, research, and cross-functional coordination to resolve concerns, strengthen retention, and improve customer outcomes.
