What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote Head of Content role where I can build scalable content operations, lead teams, connect content with sales, and use analytics and AI to test and scale high-performing formats.

At Packman production, I led content production for factories and managed a pool of 10 creators, building a system that delivered around 70 unique pieces of content weekly. In the first month, our work generated 3M+ reach for the brand’s products.

At TM LIMITED, I rebuilt brand positioning and social channels across Instagram, VK, TikTok, Telegram, and Pinterest. I increased sales 2.5x in three months by introducing a content funnel, content pillars, format testing, and systematic operations.

I manage the full content cycle—from strategy, scripts, briefs, and production to publication, analytics, and scaling. I connect content directly to leads and sales, adapt formats to platform algorithms, and use AI tools to accelerate ideation, visuals, scripts, and production.

As a self-employed content marketer and web designer, I developed Tilda websites, packaged brands, launched SMM projects, managed creative teams, and taught students content creation and personal branding.
