What I'm looking for

A job where I can use my development skills to build a smooth user experience and write clean code. I'm also opened to a management position as I studied psychology and I'm very attentive to the wellbeing of my coworkers.
I have build and supervise opportunities in web accessibility which led me to gain hard and soft skills in people management , agile workflow , and projects managements.

In my two previous jobs, I worked in regular squads as a product front-end engineer. Alongside, I worked a lot about web accessibility. I have build and supervise opportunities in this field which led me to gain hard and soft skills in raising awareness (I organized workshop with associations and within the company, shared reports about conferences, published Medium articles), management (I builded and led an accessibility community, with other front-end developper, as well as an accessibility comittee, a cross-position comittee to raise awareness and find ressources they might need), agile workflow (Scrum and Kanban organizations), and projects managements (Jira, Notion, Figma).
