I’m focused on working toward my organization’s progress and goals while growing my capabilities through result-driven insurance sales, strong client relationships, and disciplined performance against targets.

I’m an insurance Unit Manager focused on progress for both my organization and my own development. Since January 2023, I conduct Financial Needs Analysis, recommend the right products, and deliver informational sales presentations through completion of the application process—strengthening client relationships throughout.

I lead with accountability for monthly targets, educating and selling Life Insurance, Long-Term Care, and Mutual Funds while ensuring clients get clear, accurate guidance. Previously at Coronation, I managed budgets and KPI processes using both top-down and bottom-up approaches.

I develop new business leads, sign corporate and business group contracts, and manage expectations using reports, CRM technologies, and available resources. I also measure sales rep activity weekly/monthly to support time management and drive YOY positive net profit by overhauling marketing and operations processes.

Earlier roles strengthened my commercial and client-service foundation: I implemented marketing strategies, researched insurance market trends, trained sales teams, and ensured compliance with insurance regulations and laws. I’ve also coordinated underwriting, organized promotional campaigns, and monitored campaign performance—bringing strong presentation, communication, and client-management skills to every team.
