I'm looking to support distributed teams in an IT operations role where I can improve endpoint management, automation, security compliance, infrastructure reliability, and the day-to-day experience of non-technical colleagues.

At Management Sciences for Health, I keep a 100-person workforce across 13 Nigerian states productive by running helpdesk operations, managing Windows and macOS devices, and owning identity and access management.
