What I'm looking for

AI product or enterprise SaaS/platform roles with ownership from discovery through launch. Experience in HR tech, fintech and agent evaluations. Remote from Noida, India; employee or contractor. Minimum guaranteed cash above INR 80 lakh/year before tax, excluding equity and variable pay.

I lead AI and platform product work at HROne, where I have owned and launched ONE AI, AI Interviewer, AI Facial Kiosk and Studio by HROne. My work spans product discovery, roadmaps, pricing, user experience and delivery with engineering, design and customer-facing teams. I have also built a partner layer across 15+ integrations.

Previously, I led consumer and merchant products at Paytail, worked on enterprise document automation at Soroco, and developed Solarpulse ERP at Mahindra. This gives me experience across enterprise SaaS, fintech, APIs and operational workflows.

Alongside my role, I build Nexus Prime for agent memory and orchestration, and Tetris for coding-agent context tooling and evaluation. I have taught or mentored 7,000+ professionals. My focus is turning customer problems into useful products, with clear priorities and evidence to guide decisions.

Led product discovery, roadmaps, pricing and delivery in collaboration with engineering, design and customer-facing teams. Built a partner layer across 15+ integrations, connecting enterprise workflows and supporting adoption. Worked on onboarding through UX simplification and implementation redesign.
