At Cisco, I led cross-functional Commerce Engineering and Support teams delivering complex programs aligned to strategic business priorities. I established governance, planning cadences, and reporting frameworks that improved delivery visibility and predictability.

I partner with senior stakeholders to turn roadmaps into coordinated delivery plans, connecting business objectives with technical execution. My work embeds Agile practices that strengthen team coordination, transparency, and stakeholder confidence.

I’ve also co-developed AI training programs and led AI-driven workflow automation and decision-support initiatives, including an Intake-to-Discovery AI Agent for triage, requirements gathering, and opportunity identification.

Previously at World Kinect Corporation, I coordinated large-scale information security programs across multiple workstreams and explored LLM and agent applications for automation, documentation, decision support, and mandated audits.
