At Amazon, I delivered five cross-functional technology and project-management tools with software engineers and product managers. I translated user workflows into requirements, coordinated development and dependencies, and managed UAT, deployment, documentation, and training for 150+ users.
I also coordinated material handling equipment implementations and systems-integration projects for facility launches and retrofits. This work brought engineering, technology, operations, vendors, and external partners together around schedules, budgets, risks, and launch readiness.
At CJ Logistics, I led implementation of a Blue Yonder Labor Management System across three warehouses and an integration enhancement across 25+ additional sites. I also analyzed performance data across 30+ warehouses and developed network benchmarks using Excel and Tableau.
As a Project Engineer at MAST GLOBAL (L BRANDS), I led rollout of a performance-monitoring system supporting 500+ associates and 12+ managers. During my career sabbatical, I completed Google and Anthropic/Claude AI certifications and built a Python-based market research and analysis tool using AI-assisted coding.
