I've led commerce and digital experience work for brands including Carhartt, Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Xbox, Bosch, Pure Encapsulations, and Signet Jewelers. I turn customer insight, business priorities, brand expression, and technical complexity into clear experiences people can use.

At VML, Wunderman Thompson, and Gorilla Group, I directed a multidisciplinary experience design practice and enterprise account portfolio for nearly 15 years. I built teams, set creative standards, developed client relationships, and guided programs from strategic opportunity through launch.

My work includes helping Xbox Design Lab support more than 750,000 visitors on launch day and leading a multibrand commerce experience for Atrium Innovations that contributed to a 216% year-over-year revenue increase within 30 days of launch.

Most recently at SMITH, I led UX and visual design for Northern Safety's ecommerce replatform and brand transition. I use AI to accelerate research, exploration, prototyping, content development, and repeatable production while maintaining human judgment, brand integrity, and responsible-use standards.
