I'm an IT professional with hands-on experience in technical support, helpdesk, hardware/software installation and maintenance, and LAN network infrastructure management. I focus on keeping environments running smoothly and resolving incidents fast.

As an IT Analyst (Feb 2026 – May 2026), I provided on-site support to office users, installed and configured equipment, and maintained local network infrastructure. Previously, as a CCTV Monitoring Intern (Oct 2022 – Apr 2023), I monitored security cameras, logged and reported incidents, and assisted the security team with recorded footage analysis.

I'm currently studying Software Engineering (3rd semester) and have advanced English with strong conversational skills, allowing me to work seamlessly with international clients and teams.

I'm looking for remote opportunities and freelance projects where I can contribute with network administration, technical support, graphic design, and automation — using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Canva, building websites with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Electron, and running local AI models on dedicated NVIDIA RTX GPU hardware.
