Refactored the network node registration application to improve performance, validation, and error handling. Created an interactive product walkthrough on the customer portal dashboard using Reactour, developed a KYC admin dashboard with document upload and preview, and integrated DocuSign Click API for clickwrap agreements.

Created a Python program to autonomously monitor and process password reset requests from customer support emails, reducing turnaround time to under one minute and saving hundreds of support hours annually. Developed custom automation, reporting, and third-party integrations with PIX software using Python for clients and internal teams.

Partnered directly with clients to recommend best practices and optimize workflows across the production lifecycle. Contributed to the design, development, testing, and deployment of PIX RT system to capture, process, and annotate cinema camera footage during production and post-production.
