What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply sales, recruitment, team leadership, documentation, and technical support skills while growing professionally and helping a team achieve customer acquisition and performance goals.

Since 2023, I've led a growing team at Ecommerce Global, driving customer acquisition through direct outreach, presentations, and relationship building. I source, screen, onboard, train, and coach new team members to strengthen retention and help them meet performance goals.

I also manage registration paperwork, compliance documentation, formal correspondence, appeal letters, and business records using Microsoft Word and Excel. My work supports team members through case resolutions while keeping business processes organized.

Alongside sales and recruitment, I've provided IT support and troubleshooting and built frontend web components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I bring training in human resource management, team leadership, virtual assistant hiring, professional networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
