What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a full-time remote role as a Virtual Assistant, Operations Assistant, Customer Support Specialist, or Social Media Manager, with flexibility to work across U.S., European, and international time zones.

I've managed registered businesses spanning social media management, restaurant operations, electronics sales and maintenance, and video editing in Ethiopia.

I plan and supervise daily operations, manage customer relationships, create digital marketing campaigns, and produce promotional video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut. I also provide mobile phone and computer hardware and software maintenance.

At Capital Hotel & Spa, I coordinated meetings, conferences, and corporate events, working with clients and internal departments to deliver successful events and strong guest service.
