I’m looking for a role where I can combine people-focused customer support with growth-minded business development. I want to qualify strong opportunities, solve problems efficiently, and work with a team that values clear communication and ownership.

I’m a motivated, people-first professional with experience spanning hospitality, customer service, business development, and audio production. I enjoy working with people and solving problems efficiently, whether I’m qualifying leads or supporting customers.

As a Business Development Representative at IB Stuttgart - Vaihingen (Dec 2025 - Present), I prospect and qualify new leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn. I identify customer needs, generate qualified business opportunities, schedule meetings, and hand over high-quality leads to the sales team.
