Alongside my virtual assistance work, I run an Online Reseller shopify operation where I create and manage online product listings, resolve customer queries, and track order fulfillment. I collaborate with platforms like gelato and grey for automated processes and payment systems, and I analyze customer behavior to improve sales and engagement—backed by a bias for action, ownership, and deliver results.
