What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build high-impact software across modern and legacy platforms, with strong engineering rigor, measurable outcomes, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to mentor teams.

I've led software delivery for HCL Technologies supporting International Game Technology, coordinating core casino management systems for slot and accounting operations across global platforms. I owned sprint planning, resourcing, technical reviews, platform integrations, and SonarQube quality gates.

Previously, I built HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems at Gainwell Technologies, including AWS Lambda Medicaid claims pipelines that reduced latency from hours to minutes at millions of monthly transactions. Across Texas Instruments, INEGI, TrafficSystem, and Sterling Check, I've delivered embedded, GIS, screening, and broadcast systems while setting engineering standards, mentoring teams, and shipping reliable products at scale.
