What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own enterprise SaaS onboarding, drive ERP integrations end-to-end, and provide SQL/AWS production support—collaborating closely with Product and Engineering in a customer-focused environment (open to remote).

I’m a Technical Specialist focused on enterprise SaaS implementation, ERP integrations, and SQL-based production support. I configure approval workflows, organizational hierarchies, finance processes, and user access controls to onboard customers end-to-end.

I deliver integrations with NetSuite, Zoho Books, Tally, Odoo, ERPNext, and Logic ERP by defining API mappings and resolving production integration issues. I monitor AWS workflows and application logs, then perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot invoice, payment, synchronization, and production incidents while ensuring data accuracy.

I partner with Product and Engineering on PRDs and requirements, and I build internal tools with Retool to streamline onboarding and reporting workflows. As a customer-facing technical consultant, I coordinate with customers and third-party ERP vendors to resolve complex escalations and standardize deployments through API mapping documents, guides, and SOPs.
