What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute my commercial banking operations experience to banking operations and financial services while continuing to build my skills.

At TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES (TCS), I handle commercial banking operations, including financial transactions and day-to-day process activities. I received the Best Performer Award for fiscal year 2024–25 with 100% work accuracy.

I review client documents for funding processes and check credit reports and supporting financial documents against defined SOPs. I also handle maker and checker activities and communicate with banking customers about escalations, discrepancies, and process queries.

In a live, SLA-driven environment, I maintain 100% SLA adherence and zero SLA misses. I’ve also shared process improvement ideas and coordinated with the development team to automate processes.
