I’m looking for a senior Education Sales leadership role (WFH/Remote), leveraging deep domain expertise to lead teams, own end-to-end sales cycles, and use scalable CRM-driven processes to deliver measurable revenue and KPI results.

I’m a results-driven EdTech Sales & Operations professional with 8+ years of experience across Education Technology and BPO Operations. I’ve led high-performance teams and owned end-to-end sales cycles across competitive exam verticals including NEET, IIT-JEE, CUET, LAW, IPMAT, CAT, IELTS & MBA.

In my current role as Deputy Manager – EdTech Sales & Operations (Netambit Value First Services Pvt. Ltd. | Client: Career Launcher), I manage sales & counselling for UG & PG Entrance verticals—CUET, LAW, IPMAT & CAT—while driving consistent revenue targets. I also oversee the Career Launcher IELTS project, handling student counselling and enrolment for the IELTS vertical.

I lead a team of 25+ sales counsellors, design sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and coach the team to exceed monthly targets. I implemented CRM-driven lead management to improve lead-to-conversion ratios and streamline follow-up processes, strengthening measurable performance outcomes.

Earlier, as Team Leader – EdTech Sales (iEnergizer | Client: Byju's), I ran pre-sales for Byju's Advanced Learning Mentorship Program (AMLP) and LV Courses for Classes 9–12, consistently achieving 110%+ of monthly revenue targets. My BPO background includes delivering 90%+ CSAT while handling Paytm and IRCTC processes (Aegis BPO Services), with technical support recognition and a fast-track to SME.
