What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to leverage my expertise in food innovation and project management while contributing to impactful nutrition and food security initiatives.

I am an experienced food technologist and development professional with over a decade of expertise in food and nutrition innovation, project management, and stakeholder coordination. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Food Nutrition Innovation & Health at the Asian Institute of Technology, focusing on plant protein and food security. My career has been marked by a demonstrated success in designing and commercializing fortified and functional foods, managing cross-functional teams, and securing multi-million dollar grants.

Throughout my career, I have overseen project documentation and progress monitoring, supported the design and integration of project indicators for data tracking, and contributed to policy documents including disaster risk reduction plans and nutrition master plans. I have co-authored major grant proposals and developed fundraising strategies while cultivating donor relationships. My technical skills include proficiency in digital monitoring tools such as Kobo Collect and AkvoFlow, as well as data analysis using SPSS and Power BI, which I leverage to drive food system innovations.
